Everybody is talking about David Muñoz. This Spanish chef is the founder of one of the most surprising restaurants in Madrid: DiverXO. He has recently won its third Michelin star, becoming the only restaurant in Madrid to achieve that trophy.
The secrets to its success are imagination and creativity. The dishes of DiverXO are much more than food, they are art. Only in this restaurant will you be able to try suggested dishes called ‘Death trumpets’, ‘Hannibal Lecter’ or ‘Nothing is what it seems’. In fact, Muñoz doesn’t call them dishes, but ‘canvas’ because all of them are personal and fleeting compositions.
David Muñoz has a deep knowledge of gastronomy, as he is inspired by important chefs and he has worked in one of the most prestigious restaurants in Madrid, Viridiana.
